Specialist for orthopedic and trauma surgery. His special interests are diseases of the shoulder joint.
Dr. Maximilian Timpte began the study of medicine in 1989 at the University of Essen. As a student, Dr. Timpte collected first surgical experience in the Australian community Preston Melbourne Hospital, where he completed an internship as part of a three month study trip. Dr. Timpte finished medical school in 1996. After that he worked at the St. Maria Hospital in Dortmund in the Department of General and Trauma Surgery, under the direction of Dr. F. Richter.
In July 1998, Dr. Timpte moved to continue his orthopedic residency training for the Orthopedic Clinic of the St. Marien-Hospital Hamm under the direction of Prof. Dr. H.-G. Gotze and Priv. Doz Dr. U. Quint. As a senior physician Dr. Timpte ended his work at the orthopedic clinic in Hamm in September 2002 and conzinued his carreer .
In September 2002, Dr. Timpte joined the ONZ practice in Datteln and received his degree “Facharzt”, ie specialists for orthopedic surgeon in 2003.
In April 2004 Dr. Timpte became third partner at the ON.
In summer 2006 Dr. Timpte gained the additional title as a trauma surgeon.
